I visited Cuba in 2014, one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. Travelling from Havana to Vinales, Bella Artes, Cienfuegoes, Playa Giron, Castro Hideout, Matanaz, Varadero to Santiago de Cuba, tracing the revolution, Che... The people have so little but are so rich in every other way. even though there is no TV, Wifi, internet, they have deep Culture, Rhythm, education, arts, cuisine. Constant singing , laughter, when you come across people begging, they do not want money. They ask for soap, pens, clothes. Coca Cola is a luxury. Trinidade in particular left a deep impression, a well preserved colonial town with cobblestone streets. Everyone comes out in the evening, dancing.. young and old. I am still in contact with some of the amazing people I met on the trip. We all came away with some really amazing fond memories.
