Galleries
My process begins long before the final image emerges. I observe, sketch, photograph, and study the interplay of light and form. I’m drawn to scenes that feel understated yet emotionally charged — a quiet street, a soft reflection, a moment of stillness.
I work with layered techniques: underpainting, glazing, and controlled texture. These layers create depth, atmosphere, and a sense of quiet movement within the stillness. My palette tends toward muted tones, allowing light to become the central character.
Each piece evolves slowly. I revisit works over days or weeks, adjusting tone, refining edges, and balancing light. The goal is not perfection, but resonance — an image that feels alive, calm, and quietly compelling.
Series and Projects
My work is organised into ongoing series that explore specific themes, moods, or environments. Each series reflects a different facet of my artistic practice.
Lockdown London

A quiet portrait of the city during an extraordinary pause. Empty streets, muted skies, and moments of stillness reveal London stripped to its essentials — fragile, calm, and unexpectedly beautiful.
Hoarders
An intimate look at the spaces people fill and the stories objects hold. These works explore accumulation, memory, and the emotional weight of the things we keep.
Sights and Memories
Fragments of places, moments, and impressions gathered over time. This gallery blends observation with recollection, turning personal memories into shared visual experiences.
Portraits

Quiet, contemplative studies of human presence. These portraits capture subtle gestures and emotional nuance, revealing character through stillness rather than spectacle.
Sperm
A bold, abstract exploration of form, movement, and repetition. These works play with rhythm and symbolism, transforming a simple motif into a field of energy and motion.
Bermondsey
Scenes from a neighbourhood rich with texture and history. These works observe everyday corners, industrial edges, and the quiet charm of Bermondsey’s streets.
Bermondsey Twilight

Soft light, long shadows, and the gentle transition between day and night. This series captures Bermondsey at its most atmospheric — reflective, muted, and beautifully calm.
Botanical
Studies of natural forms rendered with clarity and restraint. These works highlight the quiet elegance of plants, focusing on shape, tone, and the subtle poetry of organic detail.
Aura
An exploration of colour, glow, and emotional resonance. These pieces use soft gradients and luminous tones to evoke mood, presence, and the unseen energy around us.
Animals

Observations of creatures in moments of stillness or gentle motion. These works capture personality and quiet drama through simplicity and attentive detail.
Sketches - Travel
Quick observations made on the move — streets, people, and places captured with immediacy and instinct. These travel sketches distill fleeting impressions into simple lines and tones, preserving the essence of each moment before it disappears.
Sketches - General
Loose, spontaneous studies that reveal the beginnings of ideas. These sketches offer a glimpse into your process — raw, immediate, and full of artistic intention.
